This referendum is an experiment aimed at demonstrating the spirit of Kusama. An experiment in social interoperabilty. Charles Hoskinson has said some nice things recently about Polkadot and Substrate. This is an attempt to return those positive vibes, if that is how token holders feel. Hopefully this isn't too confusing. We will see what happens.

We salute this initiative and hope to see future collaborations emerge : to build is to learn to trust. In a climate of constant fighting between chains, or so it seems, this is most welcome. Even dwarfs started small ― W.Herzog
