Dear Community,

I am proposing the closure of bounty 14 on Kusama as it is now replaced by bounty 24 on Polkadot. The bounty originally funded the Moderation Team but the team has since moved their source of funding from Kusama to Polkadot.

The action of closing the bounty would return any remnant funds on the account to the treasury and remove the curator. In this case the Curator was already removed. This occurred because the curators did not extend their expiration date and it elapsed. When such occurs it leaves the Curators open to a permission-less extrinsic to remove them.
