I have done everyone the favor of noting the preimage of this proposal after seeing Rich attempt to do it.
Rich is trying to set the balance of the Treasury to 0 and includes a remark with a link to this image:
This is just bad tact. No discussion, no rationale, no plan, and no coordination. Rich is throwing a hissy fit and I don't appreciate what he's bringing to the table. This isn't adding value to anything and he didn't even bother to provide an argument as to why we should nuke the Treasury.
You're wasting everyone's time Rich - I should charge you interest for the time my KSM is locked to note this proposal's preimage.
