Advancing Decentralization: @asteeber's Educational Video on Runtime Upgrade
A few months ago, Adam Clay Steeber undertook significant efforts with Ref235, addressing hodler concerns and pioneering the first community-led runtime upgrade. This process is thoroughly documented in this video.
I'm proposing a modest tip to recognize the hard work and contribution to decentralizing the ecosystem with Referendum 274 treasury spend of 15.79 Kusama (KSM) tokens.

First, I want to thank Tommi for thinking of me during these hard times — I am extremely grateful for the recognition.
Second, I just want to add some context for anyone who is curious:
- I did not collaborate with Tommi on this proposal. Tommi submitted this independently and from the heart for which I am grateful.
- I am not part of an organization that pays me a salary. Everything I do in the ecosystem is volunteer work, however I do operate under the assumption that my work will be recognized and compensated in some manner, financial or otherwise. My overall goal is to create a profitable business using Polkadot/ Kusama tech — something I have not yet achieved.
- I am not alone in the advancement of Treasury ideation. In fact, I am in the process of tabulating dozen of community members' efforts toward the discussion on Treasury management. I intend to propose a mass batch of tips for everyone who has spent time and effort toward the ongoing discussion on Treasury management. Though this will take time since tabulating posts and comments on forums and chat channels is quite tedious.
Since there is a conflict of interest for me, I will abstain from this vote to see how the ecosystem as a whole votes on this.
Again, thanks to everyone for supporting me. It truly means a lot to me.
Good idea to do this. Can you add a zero or two, so the tip brings value? :)
