Dear Kusama Community,
This is a follow-up of the failed <a href="https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referenda/75">Polkadot referendum 75</a>. We are requesting 332.9 KSM (6,061 USD at today's prices) in order to be compensated for the delivery of a critical infrastructure service to DOT and KSM ecosystems earlier this year.
<a href="https://polkashots.io/">Polkashots.io</a> was the first snapshot service for validators and node operators available since Early 2021. During its time, it provided a valuable service to validators and Parity engineers alike, that ensured reliability of our network.
<a href="https://spec.polkadot.network/chap-networking#sect-msg-warp-sync">Warp Sync</a> made snapshot services redundant, therefore we stopped our service in April 2023. It stands ready to be activated again <a href="https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot/pull/7661">shall the need arise</a>.
Our <a href="238">previous Kusama treasury proposal</a> was accepted, however it did not entirely cover our costs, hence we are submitting this final one.&nbsp; For more information, please refer to the <a href="https://hackmd.io/@nicolasochem/B19RK5lmh">full proposal doc</a>.

Propose and approve a spend of treasury funds.

- `origin`: Must be `SpendOrigin` with the `Success` value being at least `amount`.
- `amount`: The amount to be transferred from the treasury to the `beneficiary`.
- `beneficiary`: The destination account for the transfer.

NOTE: For record-keeping purposes, the proposer is deemed to be equivalent to the
beneficiary.

- The Kusama community is requesting money to be compensated for a service they provided.
- They provided a snapshot service for validators and node operators.
- They stopped the service because a new technology made it unnecessary.
- Their previous proposal did not cover all their costs.
- They have a full proposal document for more information.
