I have been creating infographics, articles and threads for the Polkadot community for the last two years. Some of the articles and twitter thread got more reach that I expected. The articles or thread are written in a layman explanation. So I am posting down some of my work which will help you what I have been doing. A small tip for the last two years of contribution

Propose and approve a spend of treasury funds.

- `origin`: Must be `SpendOrigin` with the `Success` value being at least `amount`.
- `amount`: The amount to be transferred from the treasury to the `beneficiary`.
- `beneficiary`: The destination account for the transfer.

NOTE: For record-keeping purposes, the proposer is deemed to be equivalent to the
beneficiary.
