Hey Tom, I appreciate that you're normally on the voting side of tips but there's some fundamental aspects missing from this tip proposal. While I'm sure there's no bad intent, you should reference the subject material and you should prove that the funds are being submitted to its intended recipient. I do recall Nadroj (N4DRO) having an account with an unverified identity. I wouldn't want to support setting a bad precedent so it's a nay for me.
