Privacy Sidechains for all Substrate- Based Chains
This treasury proposal aims to retro-actively cover the first 28 person days of completed work on implementing privacy sidechains for any substrate based chain. This benefits Polkadot and Kusama relaychains but also all their parachains and even solochains - without the need to change a single thing in their runtimes!

I think the proposal will fail, but I'm pleasantly surprised with the turn-out and number of aye's in the voting thus far. (It's much better than others). I do believe that, perhaps rather than giving away the tech and covering the 28 person days, Integritee could benefit more from finding a way to monetize the side-chain and then pay themselves.
