• This Polkassembly ReferendumV2 post proposes to increase the KSM issuance rate for the first five years of Kusama’s existence.

• The increase in the issuance rate would last from the start of the chain to the 12,000th epoch, which would be roughly the fifth year of existence.

• A portion of the newly created KSM would be allocated to Kusama Community Treasury in order to fund community-driven initiatives.

• The proposal earned 442 votes in favor against 252 against, a margin of 63.09%.
