GM! I assume you have entered the wrong preimage on this referendum?
I see that you have another preimage posted from your account:
0x1cef826d07c7fc8bb3489208960a9c6c31d25abd0b34d9ba0d9267fe66f8168bThis preimage is requesting 6,550 KSM, which is around $170k.
I would strongly advise that when you re-issue your referendum, you ensure that the funds are going into a multisignature account.
