## Background
[Bifrost](https://kusama.subscan.io/parachain/2001) is a Kusama parachain that recently completed a lease renewal. We registered two paraids to bid for the lease renewal and then swapped to Bifrost paraid 2001 once the bidding was successful. 

## Request
We now have two parachains that require community assistance to execute the `remove_lock` function in order to withdraw the previous 700 KSM locking.

If origin is root then the calls are dispatched without checking origin filter. (This
includes bypassing `frame_system::Config::BaseCallFilter`).

This will return `Ok` in all circumstances. To determine the success of the batch, an
event is deposited. If a call failed and the batch was interrupted, then the
`BatchInterrupted` event is deposited, along with the number of successful calls made
and the error of the failed call. If all were successful, then the `BatchCompleted`
event is deposited.
