Remove lock for Bifrost swapped parachain id (2259 & 2262)
Background
Bifrost is a Kusama parachain that recently completed a lease renewal. We registered two paraids to bid for the lease renewal and then swapped to Bifrost paraid 2001 once the bidding was successful.
Request
We now have two parachains that require community assistance to execute the remove_lock function in order to withdraw the previous 700 KSM locking.

Referendum 172: Remove lock for Bifrost swapped parachain id (2259 & 2262) has been voted Aye by ChaosDAO.
This was unanimously voted Aye by the DAO. It was mentioned that there was very little discussion overall by the community for this but some members of the DAO thought of the removal of this lock being similar in principle to a contentious referendum that was proposed on Polkadot recently to return lost funds to the Polkadot Treasury.
