As the curator of the Kusama Infrastructure Maintenance Bounty, I want to clarify that the funding for the Subsquare, dotreasury and statescan retroactive maintenance for 2022 Q4 and 2023 Q1
was previously approved under the bounty. However, the top-up request for the bounty was rejected on OpenGov, which prevented the funding from being realized.
Thank you for the service!

@CoinStudio interesting
Voted Aye
I'm in support of ecosystem tools which make our lives easier, especially Dotreasury, therefore I vote Aye for this. Good luck!
I love love everything you guys build and keep up for us, thank you! In the future, it would be great to please stick with Polkadot funding. You are a well established team everyone loves and trusts. It would be valuable to save the KSM for experimental teams and Ideas we're just getting to know!

ChaosDAO, in efforts to bolster transparency within the community, has offered the below rationale for its decision to aye Referendum 164.
The DAO unanimously voted to retroactively fund Subsquare, Dotreasury, and Statescan as requested. The value add is clear, but the DAO does think that this team has consistently delivered and should look to secure funding on Polkadot in the future as they have clearly progressed from the experimental phase.
We believe that as OpenGov rolls out on Polkadot funding for quality projects such as this will be more feasible and timely
100% Aye
