Opensquare team has been dedicated in dotsama ecosystem developing governance tools, explorers, dashboards, dapps. We are proposing a treasury proposal to cover our cost for the maintenance of dotreasury, statescan, and subsquare.

ChaosDAO, in efforts to bolster transparency within the community, has offered the below rationale for its decision to aye Referendum 164. The DAO unanimously voted to retroactively fund Subsquare, Dotreasury, and Statescan as requested. The value add is clear, but the DAO does think that this team has consistently delivered and should look to secure funding on Polkadot in the future as they have clearly progressed from the experimental phase. We believe that as OpenGov rolls out on Polkadot funding for quality projects such as this will be more feasible and timely 100% Aye
