I'm curious as to why this needs to be a
roottrack referendum, or even a referendum at all. If it costs nothing what is needed from governance?I also noticed you attempted to note the preimage for this call hash a few times with no luck. Is this supposed to be a small spend going to the Treasury?
First time using DOT/KUSAMA. Wanted to make a simple proposal. Fun way to interact with the community and system :) I don't want any funds, so figured there is no harm to the Treasury. However, perhaps I did something incorrectly. No idea what I'm doing. Most likely I needed to select Treasury instead of Root? Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the most intuitive process :(

Sounds good! In reality, I spent too much time playing around with the wallets, referendum, etc. I'll just classify it as a mistake and focus my energy on researching Kusama. Thanks!
