Retracted proposal

Rejected
HACN...FTy7 entered a 9.5k x2 NAY vote. I heard they do that with every proposal.
**All discussion is irrelevant as long as this is possible. **
Maybe it's a cynical whale who'd rather see the whole treasury burn.
Clearly, OpenGov is a broken model. This is not democracy.
The canary dropped dead. Time to run out of the coalmine.

Please give details on how you hope to explain the entire OpenGov process in an informative way within a 90 second video, including:
Preparation period
decision period and the approval/support curves
confirmation period
enactment period
I highly doubt that this is possible within 90 seconds, i have tried to explain the decision period before and it takes quite a while to explain with any substance (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wk58C-2CqPI).
Please share your draft script for this video.
If the aims of the video is not to explain the process, but rather just mention meta thoughts about how it increases decision making throughput, i personally think this proposal is not worth the cost - but please feel free to prove me wrong - looking forward to your reply.
You're totally right, it's impossible to cover all the technical details in a 90-second video. But that's not what we're aiming for. This video is all about branding and showing off the wild innovation happening at Kusama.
Our main goal is to get more people aware of OpenGov, so we can get more professional proposals and, like Gavin said, get more users involved in the governance process. We're all about telling exciting stories that get people pumped up! Once they're interested, they can dive into the wiki for more info.
18K? no way. Looks like another treasury grift to me. I know someone who could do a fantastic job with a script for 17k less. no joke.
Please encourage this "someone" to also produce a video explainer, as the community could do with more educational materials for OpenGov.
