Overall 66 % of users are feeling neutral. There were issues with using the brightGov frontend, causing project details to be omitted from discussion. The project was resubmitted via Polkassembly at https://kusama.polkassembly.io/post/2570. Timely provision of contextual information is crucial for voters' understanding and support in passing the referendum.
Overall 33 % of users are feeling against it. ChaosDAO rejected Referendum 146 due to lack of discussion and unnecessary fund request from the big spender track, emphasizing the importance of contextual information when proposing projects within the DAO.

Please provide contextual information relating to this referendum.
Note: If contextual information is not provided in a timely manner, it is likely that voters will nay vote you, and not revisit this once the contextual information has been provided, which will make passing this harder for you.
Sorry everyone, seems like there was some issues on using the brightGov frontend.
We have now resubmitted our project for discussion via the Polkassembly frontend here: https://kusama.polkassembly.io/post/2570
As a public community account receiving vote delegations from the public, ChaosDAO is now beginning an effort to publicly explain or summarize our voting rationale so that the public can better understand our community’s vote.
Referendum 146 was quite an easy decision. This referendum requested 1,600 KSM from the big spender track for no apparent reason. 100% of the ChaosDAO vote was “Nay” given there was no discussion, no context added to the proposal, and as a third strike, the requested amount of 1,600 KSM did not even need the “Big Spender” track.
As a reminder to the community, the maximum amounts for the spending tracks at the time of writing are as follows (with associated refundable decision deposit) -Small Spender: 333 KSM with 3.33 KSM decision deposit -Medium Spender: 3333 KSM with 6.66 KSM decision deposit -Big Spender: 33,333 KSM with 13.33 KSM decision deposit
Occasionally we as a DAO recognize there are those who test out submitting proposals, but if this is the case, you must post some contextual information within a few hours after submitting your proposal in order for the community to understand what exactly you are requesting or testing.
Sorry everyone, seems like there was some issues on using the brightGov frontend so the information was not included.

Members of the Fellowship Collective involved in projects flagged by the OG tracker should provide a proper explanation, return the funds to the Treasury, or face expulsion.
Invarch failed to provide the first two, so Gabe, a founding member of the team, does not meet the ethical standards required to have a voice in the Fellowship.

Clarifications to the rules should be in agreement with these tenets. Acting in clear breach of these tenets may be considered by voters as grounds for non-promotion, demotion or, in extreme cases, exclusion from the Fellowship.
(1) Sincerely uphold the interests of Polkadot and avoid actions which clearly work against it.
(2) Respect the philosophy and principles of Polkadot.
(3) Respect the operational procedures, norms and voting conventions of the Fellowship.
(4) Respect your fellow Members and the wider community"
