In order to move our common good parachain proposal forward, we have prepared a treasury spend proposal for pre-launch maintenance to become a first motion towards an Encointer common good parachain.

This vote shall demonstrate the current opinion of the council on the common good nature of Encointer.

If the vote turns out in our favor, we will propose the pre-launch maintenance on-chain for the Kusama treasury. The exact timing of the slot shall be negotiated later.
