We are proposing on organizing the first Kusama Conference online to bring the community together, as well as educate everyone about the Kusama ecosystem.

This proposal is for a 2-Day Virtual conference event.

CHAOS 2021 Proposal

Would love to get feedback on this plan regarding the marketing, agenda development, ideas and organization.

**Events Platform: **
We opted out of expensive events platforms such as Hopin (same platform as Decoded) costs $30,000+ was quoted. We are open to including an events management platform into the budget. We heard it was great for Decoded. We'd love to get feedback on what the final costs were given the attendee size and package. And if it was worth the expense.

An alternative to hosting the breakout sessions in Chaos 2021 could create an event discord channel with separate voice channels and discussions. This can serve as breakout rooms on breaks or discussions.
