Hi Vlad,
Just FYI when you Proposea Tip it automatically gets added to the Polkassembly and doTreasure.
You have to wait few minutes then click on the Polkaassembly or doTreasury icon next to the tip and add all the information.
This way people can actually click on the Links rather than copy-paste. It is just creating confusion.
