I would like to ask Treasury to provide 50 KSM required as self-stake in thousands validators programme at times when KSM price is so high. I am guessing that level has been set a while back, ensuring that people will not abuse the programme, compromising network's security. Currently it is beyond reach for most of people keen to participate and seems to be opening path where few can take control over the network. I have followed all available materials, when researching for technical aspects behind the concept and I was thrilled learning "how to do it right". I've been enlighten by the technical educators, encouraging people to join in validating at Kusama network. I had a bucket of cold water poured on my head, when I realised that it's good for nothing as entry criteria got so high! I believe that decentralisation at the validators layer must looked after, as it will not take long when few will gain the monopoly and will start governing the entire network without looking at others. It becomes clear at Polkadot network, where some enterprises are running dozens of validators increasing. Supporting of my proposal should be at everyone's heart who love Kusama and of course Polkadot! Many validators are now getting inactive, moving towards the parent network, making my plea even more impartant. I can only promise that my goal is to become best at the leaders board!
