The Ryabina team added a new set of notifications on their bot to notify all stakeholders on Kusama and Polkadot about runtime upgrades and emergency situations via remark. The call is triggered by the Parity team from a multisig wallet whenever a runtime upgrade is voted.

Each time a message is ready to be sent, one of the accounts triggers a msg using system.remark that the bot will pick up to issue a message to those subscribing to the service. This messaging system complements newsletter emails notifying stakeholders of the changes, an essential part of the forkless upgrade processes in the ecosystem.
