Validator Resource Center and Ranking Website for Kusama Network
In the last days, and while we wait for some of the functions we discussed in the last weeks to be ready, we have been working on an idea that’s been recurrent among some of our community members: A Validators Resource Center. The goal is to build a page focusing on validators information on Kusama Network. The website, to eventually live on https://kusama.network/ as subpage, aims to provide quantitative and qualitative data about validators’ performance and help nominators to choose the best nomination set that works for them.
The development of this project has 2 phases: we would appreciate your feedback and comments on it. A member of the Kusama Dev Team, Mario (the mind behind https://polkastats.io/) wishes to implement this once everything is defined and the work will be complemented with @Jonas from W3F, @will from Parity and my feedback.

This project should be understood as part of the bigger goal of providing the community with as many tools as possible to make informed decisions (part of the 4th point on this post)

This is an excellent proposal and I'm in full support of it. If I can help in any way, count me in (alongside the already planned nominator course).
I support this proposal 100%. At the moment, we still see a frequent misunderstanding from nominators how the system works, and a lack of tools for assessing and selecting a validator according to specified criteria. I hope this project can help solve this problem! AYE!
