We ask the Kusama Treasury for CHF 89’000 ≃ USD 103’240 ≃ 2706 KSM for the period Sep-Dec 2023 (4 mt)
The Encointer team has scaled down significantly after rejected proposals on Polkadot but continues to deliver:
work done:
- Conceptualize a self-sustainable economy which can plausibly be reached within few years.
- integrate encointer runtime into fellowship repository (RFC22)
- stabilize and refactor Encointer mobile app to use PolkaDart
- grow Nyota community in Tanzania
- prepare community in Puerto Madryn, Argentina
- establish an association of acceptance points in Zurich to grow the network and close economic cycles
outlook:
- with a minimal but powerful team we aim to keep the Encointer parachain running and well-maintained
- we aim to focus on supporting and growing the global south communities where our tech promises the biggest impact at low costs
