Greetings

We are Polkadot Latam, an organization committed to promoting the Polkadot and Kusama blockchain ecosystem in Honduras to later expand in Latin America. We would like to submit a proposal for the creation of a Polkadot development community in the region.
The lack of information and education around blockchain in the Latin community represents a barrier to its adoption and growth in the region. Therefore, we will focus on creating a specific community in Honduras and promote the adoption of the technology throughout the country.
Our goal is to create a robust and accessible community centered on three fundamental pillars: governance, development and community.

To achieve this, we will start by organizing events in the Honduras capital Tegucigalpa, in educational centers, media, universities and other interested parties who can experience the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystems, share knowledge and discover new opportunities for collaboration.
In this initial stage, we will work on creating high quality educational content in Spanish so that Spanish speakers can better understand Polkadot and Kusama's blockchain technology, and can leverage it in their daily lives and foster the adoption of Polkadot in the region and in the long term grow the Polkadot ecosystem.

To support this initiative, we are requesting funding of 2,427.2113 KSM, 84131.99 USD for the creation of the Polkadot community in Honduras, the organization of events and the creation of educational content. We believe this investment will be a profitable and strategic opportunity for the growth and expansion of blockchain technology in the region.
Changes and updates to the artwork will be carried out, implementing new vectorized and modeled objects. For example: 3D modeling of the various current vectors representing the network environment. With the ultimate goal of creating the most efficient learning method for Polkadot and Kusama.

Unity is Strength! Therefore, this method requires the recurrent approval of the community, as well as the contribution of feedbacks that reflect new ideas and recommendations, so that the final audiovisual material is ideal for those who visualize and study it, we will create a library with all the resources, which have been built and so that other people can generate quality content.
