This is a follow-up proposal on what we previously have submitted in the Kusama Infrastructure Maintenance Bounty Program. Because the [community decided not](https://kusama.polkassembly.io/referenda/144) to extend that program we now aim to file a treasury proposal instead.

This proposal is to further fund the development of the RPC services and to cover the maintenance costs of them.

This new proposal includes one Milestone.

Milestone 1: Continue to run the Kusama, Statemine and Westmint RPC services on dedicated hardware, located at small independent co-location sites in Sweden and in [Tunisia](https://twitter.com/DwellirOfficial/status/1610539637583536128?s=20&t=2XsNIazwTRxOSXbhDJQ6XA).


**Report**

- Our Kusama RPC node served on average **3,476,205** requests per day and in total **312,858,450** during the last quarter. 
- Our Statemine RPC node served on average **584,707** requests per day and in total **52,623,630** during the last quarter.
- Our Westmint RPC node served on average **127,295** requests per day and in total **11,456,550** during the last quarter.

- The previous program for maintaining Kusama infrastructure was not extended, so a new proposal is being made.
