Dotcast: brand development and content production for the Spanish speaking community.
Hi everyone! We are Nachito (Polkadot Senior Ambassador) and Roco (Polkadot Ambassador). We have created a brand for the Spanish speaking community named DOTCAST, which started seven months ago as a weekly podcast on Youtube, based on the Polkadot & Kusama ecosystem.
It's not just an opinion podcast, we interview developers, founders and ecosystem members on the current topics of Kusama and Polkadot. We are also on Twitter, Spotify and Medium as well. Constantly posting relevant info about the Polkadot & Kusama ecosystem, aiming to spread the word in a friendly and understandable way for everyone,
This partnership began a year ago, translating from English to Spanish all the content that we considered important for the community. Like the rabbit-hole syndrome that we are sure many of you have experienced, we went from translating documents, ended up dubbing Polkadot videos and later on, creating original and diversified content for the community.
We believe that Open Gov is a key factor related to adoption and participation as well, with that being said, we already dedicate a portion of the podcast to this topic to encourage people in this subject.
We also wish to enhance the unity of concepts and ideas for the good of our community, not only by delegating votes, but also by working as a group.
This product has expanded and evolved with basic resources. Today we consider it necessary to request funding from the Treasury to develop a second phase of the project, always focused on our community and its unified growth.
It's important to mention that we never discuss subjects related to price or financial speculation.

Without a doubt, Dotcast is making a great contribution to the Spanish-speaking community with unique and quality content. In addition, they are the clear example of growth in the ecosystem. First they advanced by bounty/tips and later they have decided to submit a proposal. All our support from Cryptonitas.
I can't think of words to describe the impact that this podcast has caused within the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystem within the Spanish-speaking ecosystem. These guys have managed to have in their programs Gavin, Rob, Shawn, Raul and other great geniuses of the ecosystem, managing to generate all this understandable content for the Spanish-speaking audience. It is also a pleasure to see the quality that they have marked in all their content, demonstrating that generating top quality content in Spanish is possible, and HOW GOOD THAT IT IS IN OUR ECOSYSTEM. Dotcast has my full support.
