Short description: This proposal aims to fund the translation and dubbing costs of “Sub0, the Polkadot Developer Conference” 2022 playlist into Spanish. The deadline for submitting the proposal is 5 months from its approval.

Hi! I'm Sara and for some time I decided to combine two of my passions, "web3" and language, to create the YouTube channel Polkadot y Kusama - Doblaje al Español with the aim that the Spanish-speaking community has access to the official content of the ecosystem Dotsama and its new technology in Spanish. I've been working on the YT channel and contributing to the ecosystem since December 2021. I've worked on videos like the Polkadot Behind the Code series, as well as dubbing the entire Polkadot Decoded 2022 playlist, funded by Kusama's Treasury and successfully completed as you can see here.

Dubbing of Sub0 Polkadot Developer Conference playlist that has 24 hours of technical talks and interactive workshops to understand everything from building blockchains with Substrate to EVM and Wasm smart contracts, interoperability, trustless bridges, and building with Rust.

These videos will allow the Polkadot developer community and interested people to find out why builders are choosing Polkadot as the home of Web3. Also Sub0 event offered attendees avenues to deepen their skills, network, and explore career opportunities in blockchain’s second most active developer community.
For the work proposed in this proposal we will be a team of 3 community members: 2 translators and an editor. The working team is detailed at point 6 of this document.

These videos will be accessible to any user through the Polkadot y Kusama - Doblaje al español channel, and will be available for any member to share through other channels and/or platforms (such as Polkadot Hub or the Polkadot en Español channel on YouTube).
