Save legos-x 1KV validator from slashing due to node errors

My legos-x node has suffered several errors described in the following issues. The running version is the latest v0.9.26. The result was node misbehavior that incurred into slashing penalties. This is the first time that I get into such situation after more than 1 year running several nodes in both networks.
- DB corrupted: force_consistency_checks (new issue)
- Panicked: Receive AddressChange (new issue)
- Panicked: can not convert float seconds to Duration: value is negative (should be reopened)
I hope the slash gets removed to carry on my endeavour to secure Polkadot and Kusama networks. My democracy and council activities also show goodwill to continue operating.

Based on what I can see, all of the issues are new and unexpected, so canceling the slash (given its small amount) is reasonable to me.
