Proposal: Polkadot Decoded 2022 - Viewing party in Kabale, Uganda.
The Polkadot and Kusama community in Kabale city is proposing to host a viewing party during the Polkadot Decoded(19-20, 2022). This will be a move to ensure our local community gets involved in Polkadot's major event of the year. This watch party will bring together ambassadors and candidates from Polkadot, Kusama, Astar, Moonbeam, Unique Network and Manta. These will all help in organising this groundbreaking viewing party.
