Short description: Venezuela´s Ambassadors Team is planning to host a viewing party for Polkadot Decoded, for the growing community in Venezuela in 2 cities, Caracas and Margarita island. The event will be held during June 29-30, 2022, and will include two full days of streaming The Decoded. Target will be Multiplural, Universites, Tech Users, Students, will be together and will find a place to share the possibilities of Decentralization. Good Music, incredible food and beverages, and the Hope of Decentralization

Context of the proposal:
For the first Polkadot Decoded, the biggest conference community led on web3, focused on Education of Dotsama ecosystem and hosted by the Web3 Foundation. It brings together the Polkadot community, web3 enthusiasts, Polkadot investors, and builders to hear about developments in the Polkadot ecosystem.
This will be the first hybrid event, with live conferences in Berlin, Buenos Aires, Hangzhou and New York.

The motivation for this proposal:
The Pandemic Era, has accelerated the adoption of new technologies and has aroused much interest in digital world, Decentralization aims to be de hope of many problems affecting Humanity. The Decoded for the first time will be deployed in several cities around the World, but not every ambassador will be able to travel to attend the event in-person. This proposal offers a View Party in Caracas, Venezuela to gather the local community to experience the event all together. This proposal, if accepted, will offer our local community to connect in a more tangible and humane way for Polkadot Decoded 2022.
Caracas is Venezuela’s Capital city with the largest number of inhabitants and we want to give the Spanish community of Polkadot the opportunity to see and enjoy Decoded from home.
For these viewing party we have different style of venues in both cities
venue located on the coast of Valencia with a capacity of up to 120 people where we will transmit Polkadot Decoded 2022 via streaming with a projector and a large screen. There will be beverages for all attendees. In addition, we will include a table full of varied food for brunch, as well as a portion of lunch and dinner for each attendee. In this way, our local community will be able to spend a few pleasant days in a relaxed atmosphere.
During the breaks that take place, there will be live shows (dances and monologues). The place will also have billiards and different spaces that will encourage interaction between attendees. At night on both days, attendees can enjoy a of The Latin Jazz Bands and Emerging Bands and Artists until midnight.
The organizers of these events are part of the Dotsama Ambassador Program, Alexi Landaeta Head Ambassador, The Ambassadors Marcos Gomez, Alejandro Pimentel, Yovanny Renaud, Adrian Sanchez, The Candidates Roberto Hung,
They have been working for a long time as a community and finally will be the moment to connect the dots and show the possibilities of the new Era, where the Collaborative work will be the base of the success.
