Viewing Party Proposal: Polkadot Decoded 2022 - Event in Abuja, Nigeria
Maimunat, a Polkadot Ambassador is the organizer of this viewing party. She contributes to Polkadot and Kusama Ecosystems in the areas of writing blogs, tweet threads, event organizing, attending and speaking at blockchain events to spread more awareness about Dotsama ecosystems, engaging in tweets discussion about projects within Dotsama Ecosystems as well as responding to questions which she has knowledge of in the official Polkadot discord server(Mims4life#4745). I have decided to use the upcoming Polkadot Decoded Event 2022 as a medium to bond with Dotsama lovers here and also spread more information about the latest happenings since the launch of parachains and other opportunities available to everyone within the ecosystem. The event will take place at the capital city of Nigeria-Abuja. Although, other Dotsama lovers, blockchain enthusiasts, Web2 and Web 3 developers, engineers, start up founders and entrepreneurs who reside outside Abuja can attend the live streaming party. However, you should bear it in mind that we would not cover your transportation and accommodation expenses. This viewing party include two days of live streaming the event in a large venue located in an ambience environment which can accommodate up to 170 people. The African community is one of the most active and motivated in our ecosystem. Although I still don't interact much with these new members of our community, I'm always happy to follow your contributions and I would really like to have more time to get to know everyone. And even think about some joint action for the next year. There are many interesting use cases that we can develop outside our western matrix of thought and Africa, in my view, represents this opportunity for knowledge and exchange of necessary experiences. Because of these and many other factors, this initiative has my full support.

Good idea! :) Within Africa, the adoption of Digital currencies and Blockchain Technologies is by far the strongest in Nigeria. Raising the profile of Polkadot and web3 in the country is now a matter of priority, which would fit well around the upcoming Polkadot Decoded conference. I look forward to seeing this event come to fruition! <3
