Short description: Pre-event for Polkadot Decoded, dedicated to the DotSama community in Buenos Aires. This event will be held during June 28, 2022, and will include talks, video of annual Spanish community overview, NFT for the attendees.

Context of the proposal:

Celebrating Polkadot Decoded, we propose a side event in Buenos Aires commemorating the Dotsama Spanish community growth and showing what happened during last year.

Our team will organize the event. This is the team behind this initiative is the same team behind Polkadot Hub in Spanish:

Hernan Borelli: Senior ambassador of Latin America and Spain

Polkadot Hub is a website platform developed to educate and keep updated information about the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystem in Spanish. Our content developed by the community for the community.

Polkadot hub is integrated by video tutorials of the main topics about Polkadot, translation of the Polkadot wiki, a blog with translations of official Polkadot articles, subtitled videos of Polkadot Decoded 2021 and participations of ambassadors and members of the ecosystem in social media. Polkadot hub is fully funded by the treasury.

Goals of this proposal: To bring the Dotsama Spanish community a pre Decoded social event commemorating the first Polkadot Decoded in Latin America. To show the Spanish-speaking community growth and to discuss the upcoming Polkadot Decoded agenda in Buenos Aires from the eyes of the Kusama community.

How we will do this:

Venue of the event: we will hire a Venue in Buenos Aires with cocktail service, tango show, technical equipment for talks and video recording sessions.

The venue will be open just for the Dotsama community event the date of 28 June.

Talks: Community members will discuss the main topics of the Dotsama ecosystem and how the community is growing - some of the topics include:

Auctions and crowdloans;

Bridges and XCM;

Polkadot Ambassador program: past, present and future;

Annual summary video presentation.

NFT side event: We will mint NFTs for the attendees on Statemine.

Audience: Dotsama community members, Web3 enthusiasts, crypto enthusiasts, Web3 developers.

We will make an invitation list for community members and Decoded participants. General attendees should make a submission via the google form.
