Update genesis state for Mangata X chain (at Mangata team Request)
The genesis state of Mangata X chain does not contain the actual Parachain ID. The actual value required to be set for parachain to construct blocks. During genesis state blob creation the previous Parachain ID was used, but due to impossibility to provide wasm and genesis using Ledger hardware wallet, the Parachain ID was further changed. This alteration is not represented in the submitted genesis state.
The new genesis state has the actual Parachain ID set.
Mangata team has verified the wasm blob is not affected by the change.
