Context of the proposal
Nova Wallet (website) is iOS/Android mobile app for Polkadot & Kusama ecosystem, supporting multi-asset (more than 15 networks), DOT/KSM staking, DOT/KSM crowdloans & convenient, secure account management.
We are a former team which created & developed Fearless Wallet (except branding), recently decided to start Nova Foundation company & fork our work to continue building high quality applications for the Polkadot & Kusama ecosystem, with Nova Wallet being our first product (announcement).
Our goal for Nova Wallet is to build open source, community oriented mobile applications which will be unbiased to any network, provide as many features as possible to the user, without any limitations/restrictions.
During our transition period, we have finished what our team has promised to Kusama Council & community in terms of a Multi-asset proposal (link) (see Nova public demos). The development and transition expenses were covered by the donation from DFG (link).
This proposal covers further evolution of Nova Wallet as a mobile application in the Polkadot ecosystem, aiming to extend the feature set of mobile applications by allowing users to connect to any web app (DApp) in the ecosystem, interact with Statemine/nt assets (tokens, NFT), and improve existing feature set based on community feedback.

As it was mentioned in the proposal, our native mobile substrate-SDKs & iOS/Android apps will be available in open source as an outcome of the proposal, including the whole multi-asset part which we developed during our transition period (06.10.21-up to now) self-funded & via donations.
Nova Foundation (NOVA FAUNDEISHN, OOO) is registered in Russia. One of the examples of how you can check that it exists: Companies RBC - NOVA FAUNDEISHN, OOO.
In addition to that, we bootstrapped (better version soon to come) Nova Foundation website: Nova Foundation website
And registered a D-U-N-S since it's required by App Store to have one for the iOS app publishing: 854661818
Worth mentioning that we are looking towards opening a company in a country with more loyal tax rates for crypto, but this process will take some time.
From the multi-asset proposal which I & my team composed all must-have features are done. There was certain work done from out of the scope, but which can be considered as must-have (e.g. optimizing construction for multiple runtimes - link), and nice-to-have features which we decided to postpone (e.g. Manage assets on Wallet screen and Networks management). That's being said, we are planning to deliver these nice-to-have features in our App Store & Google Play versions.
Unfortunately, we had to change dev priorities due to an open dispute with Soramitsu in Google Play & appeal process (proposal), but these features will be delivered in a timeframe of a couple of weeks.
That's being said, Nova users & the community are satisfied with multi-asset features. We are collecting feedback & already have some ideas on how to improve them from both technical & UX/UI perspectives.
