Polkassembly is an integral part of polkadot and kusama governance. This submission proposes a recurring payment (quarterly) to cover maintenance, operations and human resource costs for Polkassembly, including general maintenance, runtime upgrades changes and could/infrastructure cost. Since Polkassembly supports both Kusama and Polkadot Networks, this maintenance proposal will alternate networks for submission every three months. This submission covers costs for April, May and June of 2022. We are requesting the Kusama treasury to provide funds this time. We are using a 7 days EMA due to sharp price fall of KSM.
