This is the 1st milestone of [Kusama darkpool proposal](https://kusama.polkassembly.io/post/142)
In this stage, we will built basic functionalities for AssetsHub which will stay in Kusama forever:
- Lock the native token, relay chain token (KSM), and parachain tokens
- User issued token for assets gateway
- Assets withdraw
- Transfer between the pallet and the trading engine
Will first implement the naive TEE-based version


- This is the first step in a proposal for Kusama darkpool.
- They will build basic functions for AssetsHub in Kusama.
- They will lock different types of tokens and allow users to issue their own tokens.
- They will enable users to withdraw assets and transfer them between different systems.
- They will start with a simple version using TEE technology.
