Your proposal is very interesting! 

I tried to use your platform on the ethereum This is still far from "nice ux", but I think this is something that can grow over time into something familiar to use. I also really like that you are trying to use the web3.0 protocols where possible. Thanks for your proposal.

But, despite already accepting this proposal (as first part of global proposal), I would like to leave some comments that would be wishes for the future.

1) In your proposal, you write about hiring a separate developer to help you, and write about the amount of expenses in the amount of $ 1,750 per week, but I would like to see a more detailed justification for the price in the form of how many hours it will take for certain tasks, and how much will be rate $/hr for this type of work.
2) I would like to draw your attention to the fact that despite the fact that Kusama and Polkadot are cousins, they are still different personalities/networks, even though they are part of the same family. In your proposal, very often it seems that you are doing this for Polkadot, and not for Kusama.

3) There is a typo in the sentence and the kusama is called Kasuma (page 7).

One more time thanks for your proposal. And thanks for the service that I hope Kusama can/will use.

We propose to develop a council-governed Wiki in Kusama capable of
storing content such as subjective agreements, guidelines for treasury management,
onboarding information, hashes, and links to official software releases, branding material,
and other important information. The Wiki can only be updated on-chain and by the
council.

The work to be done consists on integrating our existing technology for on-chain GIT-like content management within Kusama blockchain. 

The work will take 10 weeks of development and we have budgeted a cost of 17.5k USD. After this, the Wiki will be available to be used by the council and Kusama's community in general.

**This proposal corresponds to the first payment of 20% (3.5k USD at 7.5 USD/KSM) of the total amount** and it will cover the work until the first milestone is delivered. Two other payments, of 32% and 48%, are planed after that intermediate milestone and the final one are delivered, correspondingly.
