This is a test to make sure we perform the steps of a child-bounty correctly.

For this test we will give Lengo (Lengo7#2664) the amount of 0.01 KSM (out of a total of 4.51 KSM) for the creation of the official Bounty #16 Discord server. This amount will be subtracted from its corresponding total reward that will be awarded later as the first child-bounty of Bounty #16.
